The Charter is structured into building blocks of clauses, which in turn form Articles which then form Chapters.

The Charter is made up of one hundred and eight one (181) Articles, which are then assembled into seven (7) Chapters.
|

These Chapters are: |

III. The Reserve Bank
IV. Members
V. General Operations, Standards and Systems
VI. Currency Operations and Redemptions
VII.Forms and Notices

Subject to any future valid amendments, this shall remain the core structure of the Charter. |

In effect of stylized format on meaning of Charter
|

| |
The stylized features used in this Charter are for cosmetic improvement of understanding only. These features shall have no impact on the clauses or articles of the Charter.

When considering the legal application of the Charter, it may be read as one single set of Articles without consideration to section headings, stylized font or page layout. |
