Article 19- Union Sovereign Credit |

Union Sovereign Credit |
|
| |
Union Sovereign Credits are the fourth level of currency and represent the common unit of currency of the unions, underwritten by Globe Silver Credits. One Globe Silver Credit is equal to one thousand (1,000) standard value units of Union Credits. |

| 19.2 |
Face value relationships of a Union Credit |
|
| |
A Union Sovereign Credit shall have the following permanent value relationships: |
|
| |
1 supreme credit = 1,000,000,000 sovereign credits |
|
| |
1 universal credit = 10,000,000 sovereign credits |
|
| |
1 globe (silver) credit = 1,000 sovereign credits |
|
| |
1 sovereign credit = 1 nation sovereign currency |

Global Union Sovereign Currencies |
|
| |
Recognizing that the essential purpose of any international monetary system is to provide a framework that facilitates the fair exchange of goods, services, and capital among countries, and that sustains sound economic growth, and that a principal objective is the continuing development of the orderly underlying conditions that are necessary for financial and economic stability, this Charter recognizes six (6) valid union currencies each having its own unique dynamic and living value compared to other union and nation credits, namely: |

(i) The Africans Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation AFUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Africans Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit; and |
|

(ii)The Americas Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation AMUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Americas Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit; and |
|
| |
(iii)The Asia Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation ASUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Asia Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit; and |
|

(iv)The Arabian Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation ARUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Arabian Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit; and |
|
| |
(v)The Euro Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation ERUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Euro Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit; and |
|

(vi)The Oceanic Sovereign, also known by the abbreviation OCUS, also recognized by the following symbol as the Official Currency of the Oceanic Union and shall equal one (1) Sovereign Credit. |

| 19.4 |
Initial exchange value relationships of a Union Credit |
|
| |
Until the Day of Redemption being December 21, 2012, the Bank shall permit an exchange rate to be set for the exchange of Union Credits with non-Ucadian currencies. |
|
| |
After December 21st 2012, the Bank is forbidden to exchange any valid Ucadian currency for non-Ucadian currency as all non-Ucadian currency that has not been redeemed shall be rendered worthless, invalid and unredeemable. |

| |
Until the Day of Redemption, being December 21, 2012, the following exchange rate is set. |
|
| |
1 globe (silver) credit = 1,000 United States Dollar, or debt based currency to the equivalent value thereof. |
|
| |
1 union credit = 1 United States Dollar, or debt based currency to the equivalent value thereof. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
