| The founding Capital Stock of the Africans Union Reserve Bank shall be eleven billion, seven hundred and fifty five million and six hundred thousand (11,755,600,000) Globe Silver Credits equal to eleven trillion, seven hundred and fifty five billion and six hundred million (€ 11,755,600,000,000) silver bullion or Euro equivalent. |

| Whilst an equivalent value is provided, as a Globe Silver Credit is underwritten by equivalent value in Universal Gold Credits then underwritten by Supreme Credits-the most supreme unit of fiat currency value bestowed by the Divine Creator combined with the united Sovereign labor of all members- no currency has greater value, nor greater legitimate authority. |
