  3.2 Power and Authority of Bank  
  Article 37- Power and Authority of the Bank  
37.1 Authority of the Bank as primary financial entity  
  In accordance with Article 63.1 of the Charter of the Africans Union (Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans), the Africans Union Reserve Bank shall be the primary financial entity of the Union. No other financial entity in the region shall have higher standing.
 
37.2 Supreme Judicial Powers  
  In accordance with Article 63.3 of the Charter of the Africans Union (Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans), when the Africans Union Reserve Bank shall issue any Order to a non-registered Corporation or Person, it shall carry the same Judicial Authority as the Supreme Court of the Africans Union.  
  Prior to the Day of Redemption on 21 Dec 2012, when the Africans Union Reserve Bank issues any Order under the temporary administration of Notaries of One Heaven, the order shall carry the same Judicial Authority as the Supreme Court of One Heaven. Therefore, no court on Earth may deny such an order nor disobey such an Order without dishonoring all Heaven, all spirits, and all societies of the Earth and Sea.  
  Such Supreme Judicial Powers of the Reserve Banks shall be specifically reserved for concluding currency purchases, redemptions, general transactions and agreements. Where diplomatic relations have been established with a non-registered corporation or person, then a courtesy notice must be issued before any Supreme Order is issued.
