| The Bank may enter into arrangements to provide temporary services to Non-members until the Day of Redemption. | ||
| Account numbers shall reflect the first register number of any agreement made with the non-member. | ||
| All agreements shall conclude and/or terminate upon the Day of Redemption. | ||
| After the Day of Redemption, the Bank is not permitted to enter into any agreement or arrangement with a Non-member. | ||
