| 79.1 | Suits |
|
| All formal procedures of the Bank drawing upon its judicial powers shall be consolidated into a unique suit according to the Account holder and the distinct action. | ||
| Where the Bank is involved in more than one discrete judicial procedure with the same Account holder, a separate suit shall exist for each matter. | ||
| The function of a suit shall be consistent with the same procedures outlined for the Supreme Court. The word "suit" is synonymous with the term case used by alternate societies. | ||

| The Bank shall make all Suits relating to all Accounts public. | ||
