Global Financial System |
|
| |
A loose array of partly public and regulated, unregulated and largely hidden networks of debts and asset control that represents the historic "system" of financial management up until 2009. Deliberately and falsely described as a "system", it may best be described as being constructed of five (5) distinct and often competing/contradictory networks: (1) Industrialized debt-based Banking Cartel represented by the IMF, US Federal Reserves, Bank for International Settlements and the World Bank; (2) Wholesale money and bond markets, dominated by such institutions as the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR); (3) Unregulated hedge and speculative debt markets; (4) Private holdings of extreme amounts of gold, silver and assets and (5) Central and regional banks of the world. In contrast, the Supreme Financial System removes the ability of private cartels to manipulate the scarcity of capital by demonstrating a seemless integrated and fully public financial model. |

Gross National Consumption (GNC) |
|
| |
An official and key economic index used by the Globe Union Reserve Bank and its members in precise financial planning and prosperity growth. Gross National Consumption measures the total consumption of capital in the production of total goods and services measured by Gross National Product (GNP). When Gross National Consumption is deducted from Gross National Product, it produces a measure of Gross National Value (GNV)--a true measure of growing or declining wealth and prosperity of a Member nation. |

An official and key economic index used by the Globe Union Reserve Bank and its members in precise financial planning and prosperity growth.
