| An exchange of monetary assets by the Globe Union Reserve Bank for other monetary assets (for example, a purchase or a repurchase). |

| Transparency | ||
| Openness, honesty, and accountability in public and private transactions. The term "transparency" is frequently used to mean openness in the working of institutions. It is linked to a variety of demands for broader public access to information. The IMF has developed codes of good practices on fiscal transparency, and transparency in monetary and financial policies. |

| Triple Asset Underwritten Currency | ||
| All currency issued by the Globe Union Reserve Bank is underwritten not just once, but three times by tangible and real Assets of the highest value defined by the highest of all laws. These assets are (1) pledged Sovereign Labor Equity equivalent to one hundred Members per Supreme Credit; (2) securitization of Sovereign Labor Equity into Stock Certificates of One Heaven with each record on the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven equal to one (1) Stock Certificate; and (3) Asset value of the Covenant of One Heaven (Pactum De Singularis Caelum) assigned to further underwrite the issue of Supreme Credits and all lesser currencies. | ||
